WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER?
Our deliveries are always sent for Thursday or Friday delivery, unless specially requested in advance.
Please add your request of the specific day or date in the 'SPECIAL INSTUCTIONS' box at the online checkout. We must have at least 48hrs before requested delivery. We will do our best to honour it, but we can’t give you our personal guarantee because we use a third-party courier.
Our couriers deliver on a no signature required basis. We advise designating your preferred safe place through the tracking link, (See below). Please keep an eye out for your order within the delivery window provided.
We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or stolen after delivery.
If you foresee any issues with your delivery, please contact us. We are preferred customers and can access live information on your behalf through our courier's customer service team.
TRACKING ORDERS
With our parcel system, by adding your email and mobile number, you will receive an email and text notification from the courier confirming their collection of your order.
On the morning of delivery, you will get another email & text with a two-hour delivery window.
By visiting their tracking page and entering your consignment number and delivery postcode, a regularly updated map will pin point the delivery driver's current stop and how close the driver is to your delivery destination.

Due to the nature of the perishable goods we sell, we can not accept returns as a general rule. However, if you are unhappy with your product, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
We take pride in our products and services. If we ever fall below our standards, we will endeavour to put it right ASAP.
